Shipping , Pickup and Returns

You may expect your delivery to be fulfilled within 3 - 4 working days.

Should you require same-day delivery, the delivery order needs to be placed by 4pm within the same day with an additional $10.00 surcharge.

If a same-day delivery is placed after 4pm, you will receive your delivery on the next business day as soon as the Distillius team processes your order.

Additional charges may be required if the input address for delivery is incorrect.

Self pickups are available during our opening hours at the following locations:

Distillius Distillery (200 Pandan Loop, 01-07, Singapore 128388)
Monday to Thursday: 1300 - 1700hrs
Friday: 1100 - 1300hrs
Saturday - Sunday: Closed

Chip Bee Bistro (44 Jln Merah Saga, 01-48, Singapore 278116)
Monday: Closed
Tuesday to Thursday: 1730 - 2200hrs
Friday to Saturday : 1100 - 1500hrs, 1730 - 2200hrs
Sunday: 1100 - 1500hrs

Distillius does not accept refunds for incorrect placed order. If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at contact@distillius.com within one week of receiving your purchase.

All refunds or exchange of purchases will be subject to Distillius' approval.

Distillius does not accept cancellation or orders currently. You may reach out to us at contact@distillius.com should you require assistance with your order.

Distillius will reach out to you via your contact number or email. Additional costs may be incurred for a follow-up delivery or additional arrangements after the first failed delivery. Should there be multiple failed deliveries, Distillius will cancel the order with no refunds.

Allergens and Shelf Life

Aperitifs, liqueurs made by Distillius contain herbs, spices, fruits and cane sugar.

Consult your doctor or a professional medical practitioner for advice if you have allergies to specific tree nuts, spices or fruits.

You may reach out to us at contact@distillius.com should you require clarification on certain ingredients in Distillius’ products.

Whilst Distillius is not certified as vegan, no animal or animal derivative ingredients are used in Distillius' current product range.

Our spirits are shelf stable and can be kept indefinitely when stored in a cool, dry place. Whilst Distillius' aperitifs and liqueurs would not spoil, it is best consumed within one year of opening. Due to the nature of our aperitifs and liqueurs, some sedimentation may form at the bottle of the bottom after aging.

Distillius' products should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. You may optionally store Distillius' products in the refrigerator if you prefer to serve Distillius' products chilled.

Purchasing Distillius Products

You may purchase Distillius products here. We are currently working on making our products available with our retail partners across Singapore.

Distillius does not do shipping out of Singapore at the moment. You may make purchases via our overseas partners here.

The nearest MRT is Clementi Station, whilst the nearest bus stops are Blk T Pandan Light Ind Pk (Bus 285) or S'pore Food Ind Bldg (Bus 30, 51, 143, 176, 655).

Currently, Distillius is not open for public visits except for pickup of orders or by appointment only. Please contact us at contact@distillius.com should you like to visit our distillery for a tour or to know more about Distillius.
